Manufacturer Representative - Motor F&I - Midlands

Geographical Area

Covering the Midlands.

Salary and Benefits

Salary £35,000

+ Bonus

Package: Car, mobile, laptop and fuel card

Key Responsibilities

*

Increase product sales, through the acquisition of new dealers to the programme and development of existing dealers.

*

Coach and demonstrate strong sales process skills for warranty and service plans, at all levels within a Dealership

*

Conduct annual objective setting plan with dealer and regularly monitor performance against agreed objectives

*

Hold regular Performance Reviews with Dealer Management, identify areas of weakness and implement action plan to resolve

The Person (essential criteria)

Motor F&I Field Sales person; or Field Sales to Dealers experience; or a Dealer based person with motor F&I sales; or a Dealer based person with Used Car Sales experience

Need to be capable of new business and account management

Would need to have a strong sales experience either in finance or related automotive products.

Will consider a strong dealership person from Business Manager/Sales Manager level.

Needs to be flexible enough to sometimes have to stay away from home every other week to be able to cover the territory effectively.
