National role - Ideally living between the M4 and the Newcastle area

Job Specification
+ Managing the team of 5+ Area Sales Managers, and growing the team
+ Promoting and Training on the products
+ Dealing with Independent Kitchen Studios/Retailers
+ Dealing with Key Accounts (Not via head office, just on a branch by branch basis)
+ Once up to speed, looking to take over the Residential side of the business dealing with Housebuilders / Developers
+ Mostly Existing Business
+ Brand New position - expansion position to manage the new team
+ Reports into the Sales Director
Person Spec
+ Need to have Man Management experience
+ Ideally would have experience with Commercial Interiors, or come from a KBB related experience
+ Experience with Kitchen Studios / Retailers
+ Some experience with House Builders / Developers could be beneficial
+ IT Literate - Using their CRM database
