Job Description:

- Prospecting new business

- Develop relationships with new and existing clients

- Ideally experience selling B2B within the construction industry

- Strong market research

- Experience of building a regional strategy and action plan to achieve the goals set

- Excellent presentation, marketing and negotiation skills

- Selling the companies range of services

- Ideally sold to M&E contractors / consultants, local authorities, surveyors, house builders and developers Etc.

Person Background:

- Need to have experience dealing with Local authorities, Civil Engineers, M&E Contractors

- Preferably need to have experience selling a service or a solution
